This exceptional villa must be seen to be fully appreciated. Set in the beautiful location of Kisla, and nestled close to the exclusive Villa Mahal beach club, this is one of Kalkan's premier properties.

Interior:
Built in a traditional style, sympathetic to its surroundings, the villa is set over two floors. On the ground floor of the property there is a spacious open plan living area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all white goods, including dishwasher, oven with hob, fridge freezer and microwave. The living area is stylishly furnished in a modern and contemporary style. Double doors lead out onto the covered dining terrace. On this level there is also a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

The two double bedrooms are on the first floor and are full of unique features. The bedrooms both have vaulted ceilings, wooden floors, en-suite bathrooms and access out onto a huge first floor terrace. These bedrooms have the fantastic bonus feature of a Jacuzzi bath in the room.

On the lower garden level there is a separate, fully self contained apartment. This beautiful apartment consists of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchen.

Exterior: The villa has a large, private infinity pool, expansive sunbathing terraces and a number of additional outdoor areas. The dining terrace is covered and features stone archways which frame the beautiful views of the bay. A further secluded, courtyard style garden is accessed off the kitchen and is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast.

The views over Kalkan bay are truly spectacular from all levels and completely unobstructed. The villa is just a couple of minute's walk from Villa Mahal, from where there is a water taxi across to Kalkan harbour. Alternatively, Kalkan can be reached by car in just 2-3 minutes.
