My husband Paul and I have been madly in love with Kalkan since we came on our honeymoon in 2005. Having known Jane Nizamoglu of Lale Homes for the last 12 years, we wanted to chat with her about our plan to move to Kalkan. Jane was amazing and totally understood our dream and took us to see a beautiful apartment, with her business partner Suleyman Aki. We completely fell in love and could absolutely picture ourselves being happy and at home there. I genuinely would not hesitate to use Jane she has without doubt been a godsend to us. We have just completed this week. We were very nervous buyers as the process in Turkey lacks the formality that we in the UK are familiar with. Jane has so much patience and will hold your hand throughout the whole thing. It’s all happened very quickly and Jane is now project managing a bit of a refurb for us as we can’t get back to Kalkan for some time. If you want to ask anything do give me a ring more than happy to talk. I know Black lion is another agent in Kalkan that gets some good reviews but our experience with them wasn’t great.
